CEO & Founder
Melissa Peñate brings 14+ years of experience in procurement, municipal operations, and program development. As a former City Clerk for the City of Lilburn, Georgia, she understands firsthand the operational, compliance, and leadership challenges local governments face. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University. She is a Certified Municipal Clerk through the University of Georgia and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC). Her leadership is grounded in faith, service, and a commitment to helping organizations operate with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
