As a former City Clerk for the City of Lilburn, Georgia, she understands firsthand the operational, compliance, and leadership challenges local governments face. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University. She is a Certified Municipal Clerk through the University of Georgia and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC).
